Background

Peggy Moore and Hope Wood met while working on the Obama campaign in 2008. After winning the election, they continued to serve as advisors in his administration before starting their own DEIB consultancy, Hope, Action, Change in 2019. After several years of helping organizations achieve key DEIB goals, their business continued to grow, leading them to seek the help of SuperWorks to bring clarity of vision into the next phase of their work.

I was brought onto the project to facilitate a design sprint with the founders and provide a design strategy based on insights gained from the session. It was an honor to host this workshop and contribute to the success of a women-owned organizational development consultancy and coaching firm.
